I think you are correct for the US, Michelle. Barnsandnobel.com is a sorry entry and I believe it reflects top management's enthusiasm for entering this money losing cat fight. Err, that is lack of enthusiasm, since they know it is a poor margin biz.

And the funky net name says it all. Jeez, I could have told them to use B&N.com, and made a few hundred thousand bucks, cheap when compared to what LU paid for a drunk to paint a red sort-of circle. -g-

But Barnes has to finally get their act together or they will suffer quite a bit, since they can't sit this out like they are a non aggressive third world country vis-a-vis nukes. Frankly I would fire anyone that had even touched their web site.
