I'd watch that Heinz cider vinegar. Much of it comes from Western Virgina (Byrd) orchards, and they have been contaminated by arsenic (against fungus) for years. Even had to get a special exemption, as I recall to sell any produce at all.
Also, honey from American fields contains headly natural toxins (to protect the bees, I guess, and must never be given to children or even to adults who are hypersensitive.
Even if you have seen your spring water pumped from the ground, it is best to bput it through a triple carbon filter (made from purified natural gas burned on a porcelain condensor bank). Most bottled waters are full of organic poinsons leached form the plastic bottles, your tripol filtered water should only be stored in fused quartz flasks (with no ground connectors which have to be silicone lubricated).
