UPDATE ON LAWSUIT I guess this news is so so. BNEZ filed a motion a couple days ago to file more papers(evidence) than they were originally allowed to by the judge. I guess this was the info that we had gotten from the depositions and the questions we had sent them. The good news is that the judge has allowed us the extra filings for all of the info that we have to present to him on behalf of our findings. I guess the bad news is that it looks like no out of court settlement from AOL right now. Looks like they are taking their chances again and are going to wait to see what the Judge decides on the filings that have been made. So it looks like it is going to be around March 1 to March 15th before we have a decision on the lawsuit. mitchell
