Accept Proposed Offer by Integrated Healthcare Systems, Inc.
NEW YORK, Feb. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Intellicom, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GBIT - news) Today
announced that, due to market conditions and other factors, management has determined that it would not have
been able to recommend to its shareholders the acceptance of the proposed tender offer by Integrated
Healthcare Systems, Inc.
