You're right Lindy, Capital Gains have are a huge factor in trading. Can you imagine what trading would be like with reduced gains tax or no gains tax.... Nice Dream eh? No question about it, you can zip in and out positions often! Anyway all I can say is I'm glad it's the weekend. Believe me very few people will be rotating out of high techs and into cyclicals, like they would like us to believe. CSCO, INTC, MSFT, DELL, SUNW, CPQ, LU, ETC. WERE, ARE, and WILL BE the place to put your money!! Have a nice weekend. Howie
