Barnes seems to be advertising heavily these days. They are advertising on the Salon site and some other e-zines. Salon reviews books and theres a B&N link to order that particular book, which is pretty good. I havent seen Amzn advertise on too many e-zine sites this way.

BTW I click on web ads and so do a lot of people - I know you guys think they are not effective but I beg to differ. In any case someone is making an effort, thats the point with B&N
