Thanks Griz, appreciate your reply. And by gum you're right! The Montello email-out release is a lil different than the Stockwatch version. Directly from the email-out:

Due to construction and permitting delays the new facility will not be in place for another three weeks. You can be assured that at this time the Legend property kimberlite will be given top priority as soon as the laboratory is operational.

So, I am deducing that the rest of the samples will be CF'd when the lab is completed and subsequently reported on.
