Hi Ned. >>Why is the depth at which kimberlite is encountered and drilling terminated relevant to microdiamond results?<<

Firstly, in analysis, knowing they terminated in kimberlite and that the kim at least goes that deep-- means it is less likely just a kim seam, or that we've hit the edge of a deposit-- it helps understand as to whether we have a 'pipe' or what, and whether we're in the throat of it, etc. Also, knowing how deep it is before the kim starts is also part of that bigger prospectivity picture, obviously.

For ex., the 'Legend' kimberlite started at 12.2meters of overburden and terminated in kimberlite at 228.6m.

But your point is that kimberlite sample size is the significant factor here, and you're right! -- But all the more info learned the better... this release shares very little. Heh, it was only s'posed to be a brief update, I'm surmising.

Cheers,

PS,
I also see the email-out shows the smaller kg 'portion tested' samples in the table, rather than omitting it like in the Stockwatch NR.
You're right Griz: A fillet job... .)
