John, thanks for the clarification. I thought I had read a post once where somebody had said Madera had tried to sell land years ago. I by no means was trying to start a false rumor (like I was just accused of) hence with my opening line "Unless I am mistaken......". I was mistaken and I thank you for setting me straight.
