Wayne, I need to learn more about P's and W's. Sorry, I'm no expert. Every day I get up and try to make a profit as simply as I can. I run a business and trade stocks at the same time. I work 18 hours a day, seven days a week. I had 5 days off in 1998. Now, tell this idiot how these preferred shares work. :) Thanks. Tom
