Lidak's agreement was with Bristol Myers Squibb who had worldwide
marketing rights for Lidakol except the places where Lidak already
gave the marketing rights away (Japan, Israel, Korea, Europe). Bristol
terminated the agreement except for their right to promote Lidakol in
the U.S. if it ever reaches approval. They never had an agreement
with Chiron that I am aware of.

Gilead is a sweet company! Very credible and classy. Drug on the
market too. May be one that I look to invest in sometime down the
road! A blue chip if there truly are any in biotech!

Sincerely,

Michael Collins
