Helkel, unfortunately, I believe you are right. PAIR is not going to be taken out. If someone buys stock in this company, do it because you like the balance sheet, products, positioning, etc...do it for all the reasons except a take out. I will stake almost everything I know about this sector in the belief that PAIR is not going to have news about being bought out in the near future. Near future being defined as one month or less.
