Dan, Maybe your memory is better than mine. Was the Xerox deal a 10 year contract for like 3.4 billion? And wasn't it signed in 1994? I worry a bit about such litigation. Can there be enough animosity created that Xerox pulls the plug on parts of the contract or shortens the duration? Hopefully not, especially with such a big multi-year contract. Dave
