I too agree there is too much happening to be just a simple share holders vote. I just walked in the door of my home and had the same call Longfellow had from a company hired by Shiva to ask me to vote. In the few votes I have every done for a buy out, this has never occurred before. Also, this lacking of earnings, the wording and phrasing in the Notice, has given me reason to think positively about the outcome and possibility this may fail. The Yahoo Shiva board is active with numerous no voters. I sometimes think about going back through the messages to see just how many people have said they will vote no, and how many shares they represent. To my understanding, there are approx. 1200 - 1600 total share holders, divided by 30.5 M shares, plus the fact approx. 35.5% is held by 105, the average share holder has 13,000 + shares each. Can anyone confirm the total number of share holders. I will check Thomson Insider Report, see below, and see if they have the fact for last quarter 98 as to institutions etc.
