First. Intels declaration is not news. AMD has been @ war with Intel for the last 15 years. During that time AMD has grown stronger and a more formittable foe. True Intel has grown faster than AMD but its growth and size has not effectivly been used to force AMd to the point of surrender, for that matter intel has lost the battle of attrition.
