You probably don't run Windows NT. That's a common NT error message meaning that the system log area on your hard drive is full. Strange that you can't parse it...it's one of Microsoft's clearer messages.

Stephen: Go into your Administrator's group, run Event Manager, and chose "Clear Log" from the "Log" menu.
