I urge everyone not to get involved with these types of suits. The end result will be you will get about $40-$50 bucks while the lawyers will get 10's of millions.

These things are a crock!

I am long on EGRP and feel that the real "racket" lies with dinosaurs like Merrill Lynch, et. al. who have had the power and "prestige" to charge ridiculous fees for decades. Online trading has opened up trading to us, the masses in a way never before experienced. Of course there are glitches. They will be resolved. Lining lawyers pockets will not help EGRP better their service.

I do not honestly believe EGRP is trying to screw or ignore anybody. Their trading volumes have nearly doubled this month alone. As any good business, they obviously would not deny new customers walking in the door.
