I did not get in on the IPO (guess I am not a Schwab preferred customer). Too bad as the stock went to $65 before it fell to $53 today in a down day for the NASDAQ. Is this a good time to acquire? Allaire announced Q4 revenue of $6.6M bringing 1998 to $20M. This is up from $7M in 1997. This is one Internet company with actual revenue. My brother in law works at a Web design firm and they use Allaire's Cold Fusion product. Apparently this tool allows developers to connect databases to Websites without programming. Users can create online stores and present information from a database to the Web. Apparentlyn anytime you see ".cfm" in a Web address, that means it uses the cold fusion server. I checked autobytel (soon to go public) and it has .cfm pages. I also noticed it at Domino pizza's site. Is this a buy at $53 on Monday?
