NTT,
My thoughts on that are this.......Yorkton was involved with the financings for this company from the start I believe.....they were instrumental in setting up the financings to allow for a Nasdaq listing if I recall correctly. I would have to say that IF BII were VERY close to a Nasdaq listing, you would not see Yorkton short this much paper. They will be in the know a lot sooner than us as you are well aware and they would not get caught offside. This is my opinion only.

However, having a large short interest in your stock is a bullish sign......bullish, not bearish.......you have guarenteed buyers in the market for your stock and this, as we have seen many times, can fuel a beautiful rally in a stock when the covering begins. Shorts are not to be looked upon as slime in my opinion. They are necessary for a " true " market and are simply trying to make money on the other sides of the longs. Now, on some threads you see concerted efforts by a group of shorts to punish stocks and this I do not feel is correct however...the market knows no mercy and we all know the risks.
