The way I read it is the 3.5 mill is issued BEFORE the split. If you noticed when they mentioned the RS they have the total shares at 25 million. Before, the company stateted that it had 12 million. It looks like they are converting Debt and and paying OFF TERRY. Then we come clean with 2.5 mill. The NEW ISSM will have Terry on the Board but he is not mentioned in managment. Its all Bill Harris from that point onward.
