Boy, are you going for the Moron of the Year award in '99?

Lookin good Eddy -- "Feelin good Todd".

Let's see,

The " current " is the electorate. The " base " is present democratic system. The "
emitter " is the ruling party. The " collector " is the electorate again.

Here is the circuit using a simple inverter:

-----------------------------Vcc
| |
/ |---------------------> OUTPUT (inverted)
\R1 / collector
/ |/
-> ----------|
I | base |\
N \ \ emitter
P /R2 |
U \ |
T |------------------------ Ground -------

To follow your analogy, the rail voltage is the electorate,
the controlling signal is the present democratic system and
the circuit output is the electorate again. Don't make no
sense to me. Neither does the rest of your diatribe.
Try to take a few sophomore level classes in Electrical
Engineering and Political Science before you try to combine them.
