Thanks for posting the S3 info. Interesting, the video I have of 1998 shareholder meeting has S. Crooke assuring stockholders that he could not forsee having to perform any further secondary offerings anywhere near the $15 range (the price of shares back then). I guess he kept his word on that one. Secondary offering at $12 and change. Oh well. I'm still accumulating. Greg
