The volume tells me it's time to accumulate!
With Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch cutting back on their equity
position, you can bet a few of those non-technical "investors"
were running for the door. Meanwhile the big money managers are
holding back for a good price.
I believe the support should be around 24 and it will climb to
40 by mid-July.
