All, It seems odd the second release of the same thing. I suppose the second message should be ignored. IMO, there was nothing new to report, and negotiations are still on-going. As far as the company goes, I would look to the 23rd of the month for good news. This is about the time they would report earning for 1998, and I suspect they will be record earnings at approx 450 Million. Just my opinions though. There have been many telecoms that faced similar situations and came out of it well. Sean
