DIS's earnings growth will be sub-par but the company has a whole has value. I wouldn't be suprised to see AOL or YHOO offer some ridiculous number like 55 bucks a share for DIS. They have infoseek, ABC,Theme Parks, everything you could ask for in a content provider. Don't think eisner would sell out but he might for a huge premium.
