What are the terms of the deal to acquire this Phillipine timber company? Why would a Philipine timber company with a theoretical value of $120 million want to be bought by a delisted shell with negative book value? Are timber rights in the Phillipines irrevocable? Will this affiliation last longer than the Russian affiliation? Will any funding source value the Phillipine Holding company at any value? How many shares will the Holding Company get and will the dilution wipe out existing shareholders? Would be interested to find out answers to any of these questions
