"2) Placed a buy order for $150,000 of JAMRX in January. Instead, they purchased on my behalf ON THE SAME DAY, $15,000 AND $150,000; they duplicated the order AND someone screwed-up the decimal point on the incorrect purchase."

Same with me and Ameritrade, order for 100 SPY, they bought me 1000.
They also told me another order expired, next day after the market was open over an hour I get a call saying I bought that order. They all have their moments don't they?
