Lets be real, neither AOL or YHOO is going to buy DIS, ain't gonna happen. DIS market Cap is about $80Billion, a buyout, IMO would have to offer a premium from this stock price of 30-50% which brings the sales price to $100-$120 BILLION dollars.

Neither AOL or YHOO has that kind of cash, and do you really think that DIS shareholders would accept hyperinflated stock (AOL or YHOO) as currency in return for their shares of DIS? Absolutely, no way.

Now there may be some kind of deal to be announced, who knows, but if anything it would probably a content providing deal, not a equity position. A DIS buyout? dreaming....
