I'll play the Bear side:

NAVR did not say that Feb 9 was in concrete. I believe it will be later (say mid-Feb). People long NAVR on Feb 10 are going to get nervous. No announcement by the 9th and NAVR is headed lower which could cause panic selling. I would view this as a buy opportunity.

NAVR may also be disappointing some by not "soaring" when the filing is done. Everybody is expecting 35+ ala DBCC. I think people who watched DBCC may feel like the time to sell is the first spike so NAVR could meet stiff resistance.

When NAVR does spike look for the big shorters to step in and slow down momo. Maybe not the first day but the first week after filing.
