Tim, where are you getting your information about insider sales? InsiderTrader shows that Anderson registered 35,000 shares of restricted stock recently. That is not the same as a sale in the least. Also even if it were, which it clearly is not, insiders still own over 30% of the company.

Also of interest: this week Mellon Bank filed a 13G reflecting their ownership of more than 5% of the company. Hmmm. Were they deceived, too?
