Excellent!

Now on to silver.......have you heard about whether or not Buffet loaned is silver, and whether this spike might be related to his calling in the loans?

Pls let us know if you hear anything!

From LFG:

"While we are seeing more than a little deja vu in this silver move, this
one feels a lot more real. Lease rates have been soaring indicating a tight
spot physical supply while contangos (the other side of the equation) are
dropping. In fact, the March/March silver spread closed at about 2 cents.
By the way, these changes in contangos make forward selling by the
producers quite undesirable as they are not pleased to sell silver forward
at just about the same price as spot. Lease rates dropped fractionally in
London silver last night but not enough to mention.
One explanation that we are hearing for this explosion of both the lease
rates in silver and the price is that last year when dealers could not
deliver silver promptly to Warren Buffet, Warren stated that he would make
accommodations for the sellers so that the market would not suffer. If Mr.
Buffett, in effect, leased his silver for a one year period of time, that
could explain the sudden rapid rises that we have seen."
