Thx NewKit - that happened with a few other brokerages, too - i won a case with Waterhose - but it took so long (over a day and until 11 am on the Monday) that if I knew I had the shares I could have sold at 9:30 am and made 2 1/2 pts and a reasonable amount of dough. I ended up losing just under $500 on the whole thing since I bot more that day and eventually the co didn't go for as much as was "supposed to" . Fight the good fight!
