last year, when I first heard about Biomoda in BNEZ thread (BNEZ own 250.000 shares of Biomoda). They said once Biomoda became IPO the price was going to be $10.00 per share.
I am going to look for those posts back in BNEZ thread. If I find them I will re-post over here.

In another place I read Biomoda will take private investors and sell shares at $2.00??????(not sure, I don't remember). I am also going to look for that post.

If, and only if Biomoda and ADOT merge, as you guess, then how much the share will be trading?

We know ADOT has 25.000.000 shares authorized.
How about Biomoda?....My guess is 5.000.000 shares.

I am very sorry I did not go away for the weekend.
Now I have no other choice but to work on this today and tomorrow.
We have two teams here, which one is right and which one is wrong?

Guy from Israel is a Biomoda Rep there, he spoke with Ari (Biomoda) and he said: "don't expect something huge although the NEWS ARE DEFINITELY POSITIVE".

This means he already knows the news. If Biomoda is not a public company and Guy is not in the USA, why he can't tell us NOW what the news are?

I have to confess that I sent Guy a PM asking him about the news, but Guy is "tight lipped". He did not answer to me, not even as a private message. WHY?

Guy if you reading this, how about telling us something more NOW, please?
