Bob, I think that this quarter's results set up everything for them to be acquired. As you know, there was heavy insider buying during this past quarter(at the same time they were watching sales go down the tube). Now that they have completed the quarter I think that they can use it as good cover for a rather quick sale of the company, even though the insider purchases were pretty recent. You know, "well, I bought in thinking we could quickly turn things around...but, they got worse and we decided the only course to pursue was a quick sale, in order to preserve shareholder value". Hard to prove otherwise and it gives them cover for the $ they'll make on the purchases made this past quarter.
