A couple of other points form the same article:

Confirmed over $41 million in cash and short term investments - with just over 38 million shares o/s that works out to $1.09 per share. So at yesterday's close the market is only putting $1.82 premium on Yogen Fruz's stock. Given the quality of the brands it now controls that is very cheap! If the stock trades much lower it will be trading near its cash value.

Regarding speculation of being takeover - I think if the share price declines much more it is bound to occur. It would just be smart business for some large multi-national.

Earnings estimate for the coming year 24 cents/share (from First Marathon).
