I trade on Fidelity's FOX, their on line service, and will admit that at times they can be slow to post a confirmation, sometimes I end up calling in and asking customer service for a trader, either stock or option, and then may be on hold for a few more minutes, and it's frustrating; however NO one put a gun to my head and gave me the ultimatum of using them or anyone else for that matter, I can read, as well as comprehend, (it's called DD) and that's what I did with the account application I signed, and agreed to, for better or worse, it was my decision and mine alone. I unlike most of you will not bitch and threaten to SUE over a decision I, and I alone made, if your going to bitch, go stand in front of a mirror, the person you see made the decision!
