Bbruin .... How did the February 4th meeting go? Were there any more shares issued? If so, how many were authorized, and when can they be issued? Does a filing have to be done before the issue or after? Does Jaws intend to issue shares for financing soon? If so, what would be the total shares issued and outstanding? Thank you for keeping us up-to-date.
