I spoke to BIOMODA via e-mail and phone concerning buying into the company. There was an offering of stock in a few states but all offers had expired. They also told me that shares could be had for around $2.00 depending upon how much I was willing to spend. The more shares, the cheaper the per share cost. I decided not to go with the purchase because they wanted around $100,000 to start. I simply could not afford that much. I don't know what the status is today but feel if you've got enough $$$ the company will talk to you. I would think given the success of the testing to date that the share price would be much more though I don't know for sure. I posted the E-mail from BIOMODA on this thread but have no idea how long ago.
