I note that you're prone to "cold chills" from time to time -- probably most frequently when considering those "pesky interdependencies". Perhaps the following quote from Tom Bridis' (AP) write up of the senate hearings will give you that warm fuzzy feeling:

"[Glickman] promised his agency would work with the Federal Emergency Management Agency to distribute food if there were shortages."

Just think, DoA and FEMA working together become food distributors (and processors, too, I suppose) for the greater good. Got that feeling yet.....?
