Go to edgar-online.com and look at the visitors section. Perhaps the 24-72hour delay doesn't count in weekends ? My guess is that if it was filed Feb 4 in the afternoon, it will most probably show up monday. Maybe I'll try to subscribe to level 1 services when I have some time free today: this subscription should let me know without any delay if the 8-K has been filed. Kind regards, Bullseye!
