This is the Digital Lava Inc. IPO from SEC, as of Feb 5: edgar-online.com Their web site is impressive. As a systems analysis professional, I acknowledge their outstanding ability to present information. The site gives impression of perfectly balanced marketing portal for DGV. It shows their strategic position to be one of growing value. Still, I found DEC listed among their clients, which may no longer be true. It also lacks investor section. DGV IPO price is 7 1/2 per share. I wish I could grab a couple. Cheers.
