Mr. Reid: You now have far bigger problems than who is calling whom what. Your personal profile states that you are in Multimedia for a company called Dreemwerks. Clearly this is a potential violation of the trademark of Mr. Spielberg's company. And the fact that you claim your company is involved in multimedia makes for an even more compelling case of trademark violation. Be advised that this past week, I notified both corporate counsels for Dreamworks and Iomega of your misrepresentations and the possible violations of law. I have subsequently sent both parties copies of your personal profile. Clearly, Mr. Spielberg's company would not want to have anyone associated with his company posting the repeated slams on Iomega's product line as you have done. Similarly, Iomega would not want to have someone associated with Mr. Spielberg's fine company offering repetitive and erroneous comments on their fine product line.

I would also remind you that as of March 1st, you will be expected to keep your promise to this thread about whether or not you are paid to post on this or other threads, since it is clear that the price of Iomega stock will not fall below the agreed upon level.

Happy Investing!
