They can learn a HARD lesson from system crashes. Any idea what they are upgrading. I heard about software upgrades, any more specific reasons such as to increase trading volumes, or they are stupidly switch to MS SQL servers 7.x. Normally I do system upgrades on Friday's night (after market closes). Why they choose Tue. night that is beyond me.
