David,
Listen carefully, after the split they have 2.5 mil shares out. Then AFTER the split they print up 3.6 mil NEW shares. That means 2.5 mil old shares remain O/S after the split plus the 3.6 mil new shares they print up and deliver to Datapower. Simple math, 2.5 + 3.6 equals total shares O/S of 6.1 mil, with Datapower holding 59 percent of the than total O/S shares. Get IT!!!!!
