Try freeedgar.com

I have not utilized any of their premium services, but they are supposed to notify you FREE on EDGAR filings (probably just the fact its been filed, might have to pay for full document). I have "subscribed" for the free-bees. (Figure I can always go to the company or SEC EDGAR site for the details). Sorry if that makes me look cheap... but, as Ben Franklin once said, "A penny....etc." (A penny in his time is worth $$$ now).

Chris - Nice of you for the "heads up" on the filing, but once the cat's out of the bag, you'll be prey for the hounds. It would seem each person must read 8K very carefully and then THINK (difficult for some) of the pros and cons. They're scrambling and taking action, but the final outcome is clearly moot. Success (heads) and we are rewarded for tenacity, Failure (tails) and we have a write off. Care to call the coin toss?? Perhaps we have to look at it from the standpoint of what it is worth to a possible merger partner (several dollars it would seem) as the assets and accounts are of good value, but then discount debt, and other factors. Too much for me to fathom out... my accounting and business courses (1947-48) are outmoded and the old memory is not what it used to be.
