The special stockholders meeting regarding the company's name change to E4L will be held on Feb. 25. I like NM, but I am concerned about those preferred stocks (series E) that can be converted to 13,333,333 shares of common stocks. Anyone following ACO & TMC deal? I don't understand what's going on between these two. ACO=NM Acquision Co., LLC TMC=Temporary Media Co., LLC
