Thanks for the response. I wonder what the assets of the Philipine holding company are really worth. Lets just say they are worth 10 to 12 million. Why wouldnt they just sell these assets and buy GTMI's 37 million shares for .30 and have all the board seats, contacts, contracts etc.? What is GTMI using as currency for the acquisition? It is a bit unusual not to discuss any terms of an acquisition, when an effort is made to discuss the value of the company being acquired. I have not invested any money in this company just trying to figure this out.
