I agree with all these recent posts and share the optimism.

Albeit forward thinking, 400% gain over two years is entirely possible. Someone recently posted that it seems as if the public (and certainly Wall Street) has not fully realized the potential of QWST and LVLT and others.

I too have consolidated a heavy portion of my portfolio to QWST and have bought steadily at each 10 point increment (which has happened very fast!!)

Within the next 6-8 months we should have completed our U.S. network and begin to realize our own worth.

It is my understanding that QWST upper management is going to run this company as a tech/internet company as opposed to marketing themselves as a telecom. They plan on advertising FAR less than their competition (AT&T, MCI-Worldcom, Onecom etc.etc.etc) and rather grow through alliances and huge corporate deals.

The long distance racquet which will likely be a non $$$ producing facet of the telecom business in the near future will not be a concentration for QWST. After all....with the type of bandwidth that QWST is going to introduce, why would we need to pick up a phone to speak to our loved ones/associates long distance?? L.D. will become "Net-Driven" along with video.

Considering the 500 million dollars plus that some of our worthy competitors sink annually into an ad budget I think QWST is already ahead of the ball. My hope is that it is difficult for the competition to play a brand new kind of game....the I.P. game!!

Regards,

jason
