Wayne, I think the former EGGS CEO is a director not the CEO of UPGD. I have been following UPGD since October when it was around $.40. I must admit I got really pissed off when the stock sank to a low of $.15. So pissed in fact that when it popped back up to $.25 I let a sizeable chunk go. I sold a few last week and have a few in reserve awaiting Frankfurt developments. Never enough of course but the stock has done so well I have managed to profit. The rapid ascent of the stock probably did have some MM's scrambling to cover. regards etc.
