Lucius, I'm not in the software biz, so I'd appreciate you help in clarifying something very important. Comparing Sibel99 with its predecessor and comparing SIebel99 with the Scopus products, are the difference so dramatic that Siebel99 truly addresses the issue of sales force-friendliness in substantive ways the other products didn't? It's impossible to know this from anyone other than an industry insider or a customer. Thomas Siebel isn't going to brag about how the new SFA modules are salesperson-friendly for the first time because that brings to light the obstacles any customer has in getting its salesforce to effectively use the products. --Mike Buckley
